If you are adding this as part of your eye shadow routine, use CL Cosmetic’s eye fix shadow primer. This will keep the shimmer where you want it and keep the sparkle on your eyes.
Inspiration Eye
To achieve this “Champagne Kisses” look, apply thin layer of eye fix and pat into the glitter shadow with a soft brush. The top of the brow is blended with our matte Anticipation shadow. To create the soft smoke o the corner, a little Golden Taupe is applied.
Jar has a sealed sifted, pull the seal off and turn jar upside down with the lid on and tap lightly to release the fine powder into the top of the jar.
